Yes, our products are fully approved by CE and ISO13485 standards.
What are your standard payment terms?
We accept L/C at sight, and T/T (30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance by T/T before shipment). Trade terms include EXW, FOB Shanghai, or CIF & CFR.
How are the products typically packed?
We use wooden cases or carton packages suitable for standard export. All productions are carefully inspected by QC before delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If products are in stock, delivery is 5-10 days after receiving the deposit. For new production, it typically takes 20-30 days depending on the order quantity.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no minimal order quantity required.
Do you offer after-sales support?
