The Ultrasonic Scalpel consists of main components such as a generator, handles, and scalpel. It converts high-frequency electrical energy provided by the host generator into ultrasonic mechanical vibration energy. This is transmitted to the cutter head to perform hemostatic cutting or coagulation of tissue. The vibration frequency of the cutter head is approximately 55.6 Khz.
High-power ultrasonic waves can vaporize moisture in tissue cells in contact with the blade in an instant, breaking protein hydrogen bonds and disintegrating cells to cut the tissue. The frictional heat caused by mechanical vibration coagulates and stops bleeding simultaneously.
The ultrasonic blade features two components: a working blade that applies ultrasonic waves and a blade with a white toothed pad designed to hold tissue better and enhance the coagulation effect.
The customized piezoelectric ceramic parameters are specifically matched with the core algorithm of the driving circuit to ensure optimal power delivery and stability during surgical procedures.
