Project: Individually ventilated cage system for keeping laboratory mice or rats, including cage, shelf, air handling device, water bottle, filter top, cage holder and other accessories.

System Composition: Composed of three parts: main engine, ventilation cage frame and sealed cage box. The indoor air is passed through the air supply filtration system into each individual sealed cage box on the air duct cage rack.

SPF Environment: Provides SPF animals with uniform, low-flow clean air. Exhaust gas is filtered to the outdoor, keeping low ammonia concentration and humidity, preventing cross-infection and ensuring safety for laboratory workers.

HEPA Filtration: Host high efficiency filter efficiency ≥99.995% (0.3μm). Equipped with 36v/48v lithium battery to maintain power for more than 8 hours during failures.

High-Quality Materials: Cages are made of PPSU plastic (high temperature resistance 180ºC, 135ºC autoclaving >500 times) or PC. Frames and wire caps are made of 304 grade stainless steel with polished or matt treatment.

Ergonomic Design: Features an external water bottle (250ml-500ml) that can be replaced without removing the cage. Includes a cage locking system, display unit for speed/temp/humidity, and an alarm system for unit failure or filter blockage.

Silent Operation: Independent tower-type air handling unit with no vibration transfer. Noise and vibration levels are kept < 50 decibels to minimize animal stress.
